Panorama, Crowne Plaza Hotel, is the dining room where most of waiters and waitresses, including chefs, are foreign who can speak English but cannot speak Thai. Most clients are foreigners, and some are Thai. It is good to have a chance to speak English. The atmosphere is placid, and there are two zones that are indoor and outdoor where you can see clear building scenery.

The active services and warm-toned venue decoration make me feel good, but the variety and fresh quality of food are not impressive. There are barbecue of beef, chicken, salmon, red snapper, green mussel, scallop, ham, and sausages, a few sushi like salmon and maki, pasta, Thai and Western salad, assortment of bread, ham, and cheese, some kinds of Thai food, and fair noodles with pork ball. Nevertheless, the dessert line is full of tasty, not too sweet, various fruit and chocolate mousse with beautiful decoration. There are also several flavours of delicious macaron and homemade ice-cream, including some sorts of cake.

If there are many customers, the variety and freshness of food will be better. It is recommended to reserve the table in advance.

ห้องอาหาร พาโนรามา ในโรงแรม เคราวน์ พลาซ่า มีพนักงานทั้งพ่่อครัว พนักงานเสิรฟ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ ที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษ แต่พูดไทยไม่ได้ อาจเพราะลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ มีคนไทยน้อย จึงเป็นโอกาสที่จะได้พูดภาษาอังกฤษกันบ้าง บรรยากาศที่นี่ดูเงียบสงบดี และมีสองส่วน คือ เป็นห้องแอร์ กับด้านนอกที่มีพัดลม แต่จะเห็นวิวตึกด้านนอกดูสวยงาม

พนักงานที่นี่บริการอย่างกระตือรืนร้น ส่วนสถานที่ตกแต่งด้วยโทนอบอุ่น แต่ความหลากหลายและคุณภาพความสดใหม่ของอาหารไม่น่าประทับใจ มีอาหารพวกบาร์บีคิว เนื้อวัว เนื่อไก่ ปลาแซลมอน ปลากระพงแดง หอยแมลงภู่ หอยเชลล์ แฮม และไส้กรอก มีซูชิน้อย มีเพียงปลาแซลมอนกับพวกข้าวห่อสาหร่าย แล้วก็มีพาสต้า ยำแบบไทยๆ และสลัด พร้อมขนมปัง แฮม และชีสหลากหลายประเภท มีอาหารไทยให้เลือกหลายเมนู และมีก๋วยเตี๋ยวลูกชิ้นหมูที่รสชาติพอใช้ได้ แต่ส่วนของหวาน ก็มีมูสผลไม้และช็อกโกแลตที่หลากหลาย ที่จัดวางอย่างสวยงาม รสชาติอร่อย ไม่หวานเกินไป แถมยังมีไอศกรีมโฮมเมด มาการอง และเค้กด้วย แม้จะมีให้เลือกน้อยแต่รสชาติก็ถือว่าอร่อยมากเลยค่ะ

ถ้าวันไหนคนเยอะ อาหารจะมีความหลากหลายและสดใหม่มากขึ้น จึงแนะนำให้จองโต๊ะล่วงหน้าค่ะ
